Todd Raburn

Todd will oversee the asset management of each of our branded and soft-branded properties ensuring that the business functions of each property align with and support company strategy and culture. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Todd has worked with independent, branded, lifestyle, and soft-branded hotels including serving in executive positions with Atrium Hospitality, The Procaccianti Group, Prism Hotels & Resorts, and Winegardner & Hammons. Todd prides himself on maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency all while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.  

Todd grew up in Alabama and Florida and has a fond appreciation for the southeast portion of the country. He attended Winthrop University where he also played soccer and graduated from Johnson and Wales with a degree in Culinary Arts. Todd enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife of 20 years Melaina,  his daughter (18) Hayden, and son Lander (15). In his time away from work, Todd enjoys the outdoors, cycling, sports, and listening to music.
