With more than 25 years of executive hospitality experience, Peter Wright has built a distinguished career leading luxury and lifestyle hotels with renowned brands, including Kimpton Hotels, Marriott Autograph Collection, and The Leading Hotels of the World. He has held leadership roles in premier destinations such as Seattle, Nashville, Houston, Charleston, and Tampa, earning a reputation for his entrepreneurial mindset, operational excellence, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Most recently, Peter served as General Manager of Hotel Alba in Tampa, following his role as Complex General Manager for Kimpton Hotel Monaco and Kimpton Hotel Vintage in Seattle. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his leadership, including receiving Congressional Recognition from the United States Congress and a Proclamation from the City of Houston for his contributions during times of crisis and his impact on the hospitality and tourism industry. Known for his integrity and collaborative leadership style, Peter is passionate about mentoring teams, building lasting relationships, and driving meaningful results.

Originally from South Africa and raised in the Philadelphia area, Peter values the diverse experiences and cultures that have shaped his career and life. Now based in Tampa, he enjoys spending time on the water, golfing, and relaxing at the beach with his partner, Jess, and their Golden Bernedoodle, Leo. Above all, he believes that genuine care, trust, and respect are the foundation of both personal and professional success.
