Neal Spivack

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Neal Spivack is responsible for overseeing asset management across properties in the Southeast region. He ensures that the business functions of each property align with and support OTH’s overall strategy and culture.

Neal brings over 20+ years of management experience, having led teams at various respected properties throughout his career. Since joining OTH in 2020 as Complex Managing Director, he has been a steady force within our Management team and continues to be a key player in the success of our Hollywood operations and beyond.

Neal’s passion for hospitality is deeply rooted in his upbringing in South Florida, where his father served as a General Manager at numerous hotels. He married his high school sweetheart, and 17 years later, they still love cheering on their kids in extracurricular activities. Neal also enjoys football, music, and quality time with his family.
