Laura Niarhos

Laura brings with her a wealth of operational expertise and leadership experience. Prior to joining OTH, she held Regional Vice President of Operations roles with TPG Hotels & Resorts, Highgate Hotels, and Aimbridge Hospitality. Laura began her hospitality career after graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, working in the Front Office with Omni Hotels & Resorts. Her passion for the industry and dedication to excellence fueled her progression through numerous property-level and regional leadership positions, culminating in this exciting new chapter with OTH.

Laura’s leadership style is both inspirational and results-driven, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting teams to achieve operational success.

Outside of work, Laura resides in Northern Virginia with her two boys, Jaxon and Declan. She enjoys barre and Pilates classes, traveling, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, while prioritizing quality time with her family and friends.
