Jonathan Crego

With over 20 years in hospitality technology, Jonathan has led IT operations for major hotel openings and re-openings, including Grand Hyatt San Antonio, Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach, Alila Napa Valley, and Hana Maui Resort. As Development IT Director for Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, Jonathan played a key role in designing and implementing its IT infrastructure ahead of its 2023 opening. Additionally, as HSIA System Architect for KOR Systems, Jonathan designed technology for multiple new-build projects. An expert in PMS, POS, and PBX systems, Jonathan specializes in integrating complex hospitality technologies and solving critical IT challenges. He maintains a current certification as a Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) from the HFTP organization. Having worked in top destinations across the U.S., Jonathan is now the Corporate Director of IT for OTH Hotels Resorts, continuing to drive innovation while settling in Florida.
