Gail Brahmbhatt

As Principal & Chief of Commercial Strategy, Gail Brahmbhatt leads the company’s commercial strategy across its portfolio, overseeing both sales and marketing initiatives while supporting on-property teams with strategic guidance and mentorship.

A founding member of OTH, Gail played a critical role in launching the company in 2020 and has helped shape its long-term vision and direction. Known for her strategic mindset and ability to develop high-performing teams, she brings a results-driven approach to revenue generation, sales leadership, and organizational growth.

With a background that includes operational insight and food and beverage experience, Gail brings a well-rounded perspective to her work.

She spent over 25 years in Annapolis, Maryland, where she was actively involved with charitable organizations including a local hospice, the SPCA, and the county food bank. She also served on her local Board for the Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Arts program.

Now based in Williamsburg, Virginia, Gail enjoys time with her husband and young daughter.
