OTH Hotels Resorts continues its strategic growth across the East Coast with the addition of three new managed properties in New Jersey and Maryland. The portfolio expansion includes Hotel Troy in Parsippany, New Jersey, the Holiday Inn Washington–College Park in College Park, Maryland, and the Holiday Inn Columbia East–Jessup in Jessup, Maryland. Together, the three hotels add 498 guestrooms and strengthen OTH’s presence in key business, leisure, and group travel markets.
