OTH Hotels Resorts adds Connecticut, New York hotels to portfolio
OTH Hotels Resorts has added two full-service hotels to its portfolio through new third-party management agreements: the 163-room Heritage Hotel & Conference Center in Southbury, Conn., and the 207-room DoubleTree by Hilton Binghamton in Binghamton, N.Y. Together, the properties bring 370 guestrooms and over 33,000 square feet of event space, with OTH managing operations, sales, F&B and guest experience at both. Chief Development Officer Scott McMahon called the additions a chance to build on the hotels' strengths and elevate performance, continuing OTH's recent Northeast growth.
